If I could give ZERO stars and still write the review I would. Do not let this business near your place unless you want nothing but frustration and lack of honest communication. Don gladly promised us everything we wanted, in spite of us saying to please tell us if it was too big of a job for him to handle. Then he took our 1st installment but it wasn't until 3 months later when I threatened to take our money back and get someone else to do the job the he FINALLY got someone out to start the job. And then he wanted more money. Then there was incredibly careless demolition work, repeated careless construction work that had to be redone, kitchen cabinets that were never ordered even though we'd paid and been told they had been ordered, workers that would leave and just never return, and then the sub-par bathroom cabinets that came in and had to be rejected was finally the straw that broke the camel's back. We said, "Pack up and get out". For being a kitchen and bath remodeling business, after 90 days of being torn up, we still had no kitchen or any of the 3 bathrooms that we hired them to complete. We are having to hire professional painters to come in and correct the numerous careless painting issues, a professional flooring company to get all the paint and plaster off my travertine floors, a tile guy to repair the broken travertine tiles, and oh yes-another cabinet company to actually do the kitchen and bathroom vanities that I was promised back in May (it's now Nov).
