Welcomed our group of 20+ folks.
Great selection for AYCE.
Met Chef Andy, who was a delight and also provided complimentary champagne for my birthday.

Took a while to take our orders, and for some reason took only the AYCE orders first (majority), and didn't come back to get the a la carte people until much later.
One of our party did not get even half of their AYCE order brought to his table, nor was any apology given or ammends made when he brought it to their attention.
We did not get all of the AYCE items the waitress wrote down that we ordered.
I didn't appreciate being asked who in my party left a poor Yelp review, and nothing done to encourage that person to return. A comp'd meal? A gift card/certificate? Dessert on the house?
A birthday card of mine was trashed, not saved by the staff.
