Exceptional service and quality. Our technician was early, provided us with help in determining the best way to treat our carpet, explained all the products that he was using in great detail. They use no chemicals, which is a bonus for us since we have two children. He was fast and efficient and gave us instructions on how to treat the carpet once he was finished. When my husband attempted to tip the technician for doing such an outstanding job, the technician said that wasn't necessary and was on his way. I would use and recommend them again and again. They made our carpets look better than I could have ever thought with two kids!
