So I've come to this salon for years now, and staff is always different. I've had bad and good. Recently it's been good. I came in two months ago for my kids, the ladies that cut their hair did a great job and were super friendly. I walked in today, and there was a man at the computer super rude trying to help a lady on the computer. She was obviously having trouble. But she was nice enough to greet me. I asked what the wait time would be, and his response was "whatever is on the sign in sheet." How am I the customer who does not cut others hair for a living suppose to know how long three people ahead of me will take??? He then rudely proceeded to help the lady. I sat down to wait (I'm desperate for a hair cut!!) and she calls me back up, she's getting my name and number and yells at her, it's not her turn! Still not acknowledging that I'm standing right there. I come here for the convenience and location. I've yet to find a place with better customer service as hair salons come around Laveen. Even the pricier places have terrible service.
