Meh. I used to only go to this nail saloon but it's honestly gotten out of hand. Technicians do an okay job but the downfall is their lack of organization....to the point where I won't be coming back. It's always packed here and they do a poor job at prioritizing who was next in line (how hard can this be? Utilize a list maybe?). Gentleman that sat next to me got started before me after I had waited for nearly 20 minutes. Unacceptable in my opinion. I politely mentioned this to a supervisor who did not understand my concern.
