Avoid. Called the office and requested paperwork from an estimate that was done at my home. I needed documentation for the insurance company that Jump 2 It Plumbing had been at my house and looked at my leak before referring me to a restoration company (ERX)
The ladies over the phone told me they would "email before the end of the day"...... never sent any paperwork at all.
Also... their open & close times on their website and google are NOT the times they actually open and close. Their website says 7am-6pm M-F. When I called that Thursday at 5pm the lady told me "we are closed.... I don't know what the website says, I've never looked at it". I called back Friday at 7am and the answering service said they won't be in until 8am.
Disappointing.
