I would give this place 4 or 5 stars but gave them 1 because: I called in for my boyfriend. He has a kidney stone. He misses a lot of work because of the pain. Medicine isn't helping. When i spoke with the receptionist on the phone, she indicated my boyfriend never received a ct scan or xray while at the hospital. She said to come in and they'll perform the necessary testing to diagnose the size of the stone. Boyfriend gets there, pays $45 copay, sees doctor and doctor says he can't do anything until my boyfriend goes to Steinberg diagnostics for the test. Also told my boyfriend to take advil and motrin for the pain. Boyfriend is currently in bed withering in pain. So now my boyfriend is going to have to go back to Dr. Steinkohl and pay another $45 copay. The receptionist should have told us to go to the er again for the test. She made it 100% clear that the test would be done in office. Hate being lied to. Hate wasting money.
