Within the next hour, I'm pulling up into a Shell Station located next to an inconspicuous white building that read "Secured Auto Glass". I was getting ready to park but before I knew it, Ash popped his head out the front door and directed me to the back of the building. He could see as soon as I pulled up that he was gonna have his work cut out for him, but his kind face and gentle manner did not falter in the slightest. I simply handed him my keys, he offered me an ice cold bottle of water in return and led me to the air conditioner waiting room. 60 minutes later, my windshield is looking better than it ever has been!
