If I could give zero stars I would. Today will be the last day I go to this location. This location is not known for it's fast service and today was no exception. I was in drive-thru for over 15 minutes. Unacceptable. I sat at the 2nd window for over 5 minutes with no update on the wait so I knocked on the window and got yelled at for my efforts. She informed me she was only one person and was moving as fast as she could. She then proceeded to shut the window. A few minutes later I finally got my coffee and son's food. No apology for the wait, no thank you...nothing. Well guess what, you will get nothing from me. Never again will I go here, even if this means we have to leave the house a few minutes earlier to drive out of my way to go to a different location. I've emailed McDonald's directly to report this location and management...I doubt anything will happen, but it made me feel somewhat better. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!
