If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible, horrible! I rented from here plenty of times until my last experience. Rented on a Saturday morning a little before closing and they only had 1 guy working. He was in a rush to leave. Didn't even do a walk around on the car with me to check the damages like they normally do. Since I was so rushed it slipped my mind. Rented the car for less than 24 hours and received an email stating that I damaged the car. Take note, the car was parked in my garage over night. I call BS. Now I'm going through the whole claim process which is a complete inconvenience. Never ever renting from this money hungry company. Enterprise has been my go to ever since. They have lost a great customer.
