Reserved a 20 ft. Uhaul at the front desk on Wednesday 12/27/17 to be picked up on 12/29/17 at 8AM. When I arrived to pick it up the "supervisor" told me "it ain't gonna happen" because he didn't have a cashier and he did not know how to process Uhaul rentals. He offered no apologies and offered no further assistance. Horrible customer service and incompetent staff. I will not return. Teach your employees to be customer oriented. . Will probably increase your profits. Fire the ones that are not - business management 101.
