I would score this place a zero if I could. I purchased 2 gift certificates for a Christmas gift. They emailed them to me and they looked so unprofessional with misspelled words and all. They said they they had no control over that. So I got my certificates in the mail. Then try to make an appointment - good luck! They don't answer the phone and come and go out of Cleveland suburb locations you never know where they may be. Finally got an appointment at a Solon location and they called many times to try and get us to come downtown, it was practically harassment. The certificates expired before we could get in and they would not refund. I filed a report through BBB and they couldn't get them to do anything. Very poor business practices.
