Excellent! We're continuing to make our way through some of Charlotte's best restaurants and yesterday was Fran's turn. Fran herself was ever-present offering recommendations and making sure everyone enjoyed their food...and did we ever! When every diner orders a different dish and each is better than the next you know you've stumbled on a culinary gem. I enjoyed Fran's famed meatballs, my fiancé enjoyed the lamb burger, and his parents loved the salmon and butternut squash lasagna. The atmosphere was casual yet sophisticated and they had my favorite California Chardonnay (Sonoma Cutrer), and a yummy Malbec on the wine list. We will definitely be back!
