Everyone I've encountered at this location has been great. The problem is Desert School's online banking! I started with desert schools about 3 plus years ago, I had trouble with the online banking at that time and was told they were making changes and working to make it better. Fast forward to almost 2016 and for some reason they still cannot figure it out! It's so frustrating that I might actually switch banks. Every single time I've NEEDED to sign on and make a transfer etc. it says online banking is temporarily unavailable... Every. Single.Time! It works about 40 percent of the time if that! Figure it out already Desert Schools, you're losing customers because you can't do what every other bank is doing successfully!
