Exceptional service! They do beautiful and creative flower arrangements, but more importantly, they do it with a compassionate touch.
I messaged them for gift/flower basket suggestions for a family friend's death. Tina replied within 24 hours, and her message was so sympathetic and kind. She was also immensely helpful over the phone, customizing the basket for me and my budget.
They don't do deliveries to Gilbert, so I had to pick up the basket myself but after their store hours. Tina went above and beyond by safely leaving the basket at the nail salon next door for me to pick up AND texting me a preview picture of the basket as she was putting it together.
I will definitely be going back to Roadrunner Florist and telling my friends about them!
