WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! I live a 55+ park had A&P Carpet come in to do my floors that I had waited over 2 years to do. Came in gave very reasonable price, now I know why $3000 for vinyl and carpet. That's because he doesn't stand behind his work. 2 days later when glue was seeping out of the seams, 15 seams in vinyl and only should have been 1, debris under vinyl now showing through. I called him to come look at it, got down on the floor used his car fab to start pushing down seam and telling me I was picky. After 2 days of verbal conversations arguing with me that he wasn't going to replace floor, offered us 1/2 refund $800 to settle, my husband signed a waiver "stating completely satisfied" (first mistake), Now nothing I can do legally to make him fix, but his website states "I'm responsible" YEAH RIGHT.
He may give you a good deal, but in the end if your not happy, your S O L. You get to keep his crappy flooring job and look at it everyday to remind you WHAT A MISTAKE you made choosing his company. And he has not been in this family business for 39 years. It may have been owned by someone else but not him.
