Love, love, love Valley Verde Animal Hospital. Blue had a checkup appointment with Dr. Snead. Blue remembered Dr Snead and was excited to see him. Blue had some allergy issues that had developed within the last few months. Dr Snead checked him out and decided a blood draw would tell us what's going on with him. Blue does things at his pace which is often much too slow... Gotta love Corso stubbornness. Dr Snead worked with Blue to get him to allow a blood draw, after 1/2 hour of going at Blues pace, Blue started to get worked up. Dr Snead adjusted his strategy and gave Blue a puppy cocktail to help him relax. Blue was snuggling up with Dr Snead at the end of the appointment. Dr Snead makes sure that Blue has a positive memory of the vet. Dr Snead cares for my dog like he is his own. Seriously the best vet and staff ever!
