One star is too high of a rating. It took ONE hour for them to come to the conclusion that my car is too low for an oil change. That is a joke. As professionals, it should not have taken that long to come to that conclusion, let alone, come to that conclusion period. On the bright side, maybe it was for the better since they are lacking in professionalism and expertise.
