Usually, I find Desert Endocrinology to be a hassle. The staff are typically rude and not very helpful. However, the Doctors are always kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. After my appointment today, I find the staff to be the same. They are not helpful and were rude to me as well. I suggest management to clean up their employees' attitudes and train their staff to be much friendlier and more helpful. As far as Dr. Litchfield & Dr. Lindsey, they're extremely helpful and are very smart, helpful, and excellent Doctors. Highly suggest them for internal medicine.
