I have never been so insulted in my life. I had an appointment lined up for six weeks. The appointment was confirmed on Friday. When I came into the shop, I was told that Lee Ann would not have time to do my hair because she was backed up. They were eliminating me and going to the next person with an appointment after me. This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever encountered in my life. They offered to bring someone else in or make me wait until tomorrow. So insulting again. The hairdresser was not apologetic and clearly was upset that I was letting them know how upset I was. I left and will not be returning to this salon. I wouldn't let her do my hair now for fear she might botch the job because she was upset. I don't recommend this salon to anyone, unless you want to feel as if you don't matter and be insulted. Still can't believe this after I have been to her several times and tipped her very well each time. On to a new salon and hairdresser for me.
