I normally do not take to social media but due to numerous breakdowns in service I have to. The location is great and the friendliness is good also. It's the accuracy and consistency of my orders that are letting me down. I've frequented this place numerous times and a simple substitute (no ham add turkey) has morphed from being able to be substituted to unable to be substituted to now being up-charged 30% percent the cost of the sandwich. When I approached the evening shift employee his response is "yeah that's right" I asked why hoping for clarity he says you changed meats. I asked if you can substitute and he stated initially yes then when I asked why I am being charged for it he stated no. It's just frustrating to go somewhere and not have competent service delivered every time
