We had a waterfall build a few years back by another contractor that was a total disaster. After many promises from other contractors who promised to show up and offer a proposal, we found Gator Pools on Yelp with a lot of great reviews. He is NOT a fly by night pool contractor salesman but rather an actual worker. He showed up on time for proposal, presented a clear proposal in a timely manner. Then he and a professional crew showed up and started the job on time as promised. He stated the job will take 2 weeks and even with a rain delay in the middle, the job was completed on time and exactly as promised.
The best part was there was NO MESS and NO DRAMA. Doug and his crew are all highly recommended from this satisfied customer.
