I wanted to let you know about your lack of customer service. I had an appt last Friday for a cat scan and get a call Thursday night that the machine is broken. I reschedule for today at the Palomino office- but they scheduled it on Thursday- why would I schedule an apt for a day I work- I am off on Fridays. Then I finally I get it rescheduled for today on Wynn road; only to find out that they don't do cat scans of the sinuses at that location! Incompetency and idiots! Finally rescheduled with Steinberg, I'm sure that will go much more smoothly!
