My review is in reference to my visit with family on 8/28/17 at 5:30 pm. Firstly, I would like to express that as of yet I have not written many negative reviews. However, the service that was received by staff at this location was so disappointing that management and ownership of this location should be aware. The hostess was friendly and accommodating with seating for my kids on this visit. Our meals were appetizing, including the fried chicken for 2 and fish and chips. Our server took our order and when it arrived another guy brought our meals out. When we said politely please put our dishes down out of our kids' reach because they were hot he said, "Obviously." Our orders did not come with sauce such as ketchup for fries or tartar sauce for fish and chips. Also, my husband's grandma was given someone else's meal and my little one's grilled cheese did not arrive with the order. Our server came by and said that she put the order in and something was wrong with their system very rudely. When the order was ready thirty minutes later, she threw it on the table with a sarcastic remark. No apologies given, carelessness, and overall very regrettable experience. If you are contemplating on dining here with family or friends and would like awful service, this is the place for you. One star for nice hostess and another for appetizing fish and chips.
