I went the counter to get a quote and found an employee w a beard and light green/blue(?) eyes to be very difficult to deal with. Any question would be answered w a long/elaborated response along with expressions as if he was giving a favor to talk to you. The worst customer service I had to deal with. That person should be removed immediately. DO NOT GO THERE. I went to 'Discount Tires' (next door) where they were efficient, clear and eager to be of help.
