The Brown Brother's on Country Club are terrible. I will be writing a review on yelp and anywhere else I can think of.
They falsely advertise 100% approval, they specialize in bad credit, 0 down delivers, and your job is your credit.
We drove up there, from the West side mind you. We were turned down before our vehicle had time to heat up (and that's in Phx, in the summer). We hadn't even filled out a application or gave them our history. Now I have never been very good at math but if I am correct that's not 100% approval. My husband has been at the same job for 18 years. But we didn't even get a chance to tell them that. Brayden was already in a hurry to try and get rid of us or that's the feeling we got. He was already feeding his line of Bullshit to the next couple before we even got out of the parking lot.
So if you would like at least a little good customer service and a company that is truthful and stands on what they print and say. DONT spend your hard earned money here.
