I first learned of Arizona Tenants Advocates when I was helping a friend who was facing challenges. I phoned ATA on my friend's behalf and ATA provided valid answers to all of my questions. There was no charge for that service. Now that I am facing issues of my own, I signed up to be a member and I am receiving great service. The personnel at ATA are friendly, very knowledgeable, and they willingly share that useful knowledge. Dealing with negligent and dishonest landlords can be a nightmare, and on more than one occasion Arizona Tenants Advocates has proven to me that they are a valuable resource.
