You would get Zero Stars if i could! I was in communication with your online sales professionals on the 31st of January. I let them know what i was looking for. They came back to me with this GREAT price on the vehicle I asked for. I even asked are you sure? YES! and we will pay your first payment. SO i was like shoot that a good price. So I went and met with a sales person who was sweet as pie. I kept my composure because I KNEW something was up. Well wouldn't you see that.. the price i was quoted on the email and what i was told after... $200.00 difference not $20 $200! it was blamed on they were doing multiple deals and they messed up... Not my problem... Your problem. I kept my cool because I wasn't going to cause a scene. i acted like i was ok. But once again a GANLEY dealership being shady. I will NEVER EVER EVER STEP FOOT IN A GANLEY ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!! I will be reporting this to the BBB and State authorities for deceptive sales practices. So please if you need any car that Ganley sells don't! go far far away! Use a different dealer if you want to keep your sanity
