If I could give a negative review I would. This salon is the epitome of a joke. I booked an appointment (for the 9th of this month) a month in advance for faux locs only for it to be canceled because of medical reasons from Delores obtaining a hand injury. I was patient because I recommended to her specifically from my boss, who was recommended to her by a friend. We texted about a reschedule and she asked if I could wait until the 24th which I said "I can" she misread it as saying I couldn't and didn't book. She said she refunded me my deposit, but It was refunded 7 days after the misread text and she wouldn't be in town. So I called the salon thinking I could just get fit in and to explain the situation. But the owner (Tarsha?) was not very understanding of the situation said they don't even do the style of faux locs I wanted, they only do crochet because of the injury Delores obtained. So they are an unprofessional business who aren't honest and stylist who give you the run around. I was patient and understanding doing everything right and this business cares nothing about potential clients. (I attached receipts)
