This place used to be so much better. A year ago I would have given the place three stars for the food, but that was before I dined here in December of 2009. The food was cold and some of the items were undercooked. It was the first time where we were reluctant to order more food even though we weren't really full. Since the dim sum items were no longer a palatable option, we ordered some noodles and fried rice. Thankfully, those items were more edible, although still only mediocre. If only C&Y were still around...
