I have used this company to refinish my cabinets in my kitchen and they did a good job. However I have tried for the last month to get a quote on another job and the communication has been less then 1 star. I have left multiple messages for Doug and Scott and get little to no response. I was told last monday that I would have a quote and its now the following tuesday. I called Angelica today and she apologized and assured me she would get back to me by 1. Its now 4 and I have heard nothing. I feel like I have practically been begging this company to come and do a job for me. They clearly could care less about their customers or customer service. Unfortunately I wanted to match the rest of my house hence trying so hard to contact them. This is so disappointing . Let me save you the trouble and don't bother getting involved with this company!
