If you are looking for a great brunch buffet, you want to check out Heist Brewery. They got it right. The food is 5 out of 5-star delicious! They offer unlimited mimosas ($12) and Bloody Marys ($8) for a steal, if that's your thing.
Here's the lay out. Herb-crusted rime rib carving station, pastries, mussels, flaky biscuits and sausage gravy, bacon and turkey sausage, brick-oven pizzas (they put out a variety), eggs, grits, caramelized pineapple with marscapone, cheeses and meats. (I'm sure it changes up, but this was the selection on 3.22.15.) I think there are other items. I just can't remember. I'm still groggy from the food coma.
Here's the kicker! There is a made-to-order waffle included with the buffet. Just let your server now that your down for it. And he or she will hook you up.
Now! Here's the Inception-level kicker! Just when you think it can not get any better. There is an a la carte menu where you can select one additional item to accompany your endless buffet...at no additional charge. And these aren't little eh, shoulder shrug, selections. These are legit small plate, BOOM, this is what we are all about here at Heist type selections. WHAAAAAAT? I chose the short rib and potatoes with a sauce (I forget what kind), opted to hold the fried egg. It was so good.
