I have been on the program for about 5 months and have lost around 65 pounds. It would've been more, but I didn't follow the program for about 3 weeks. Had I followed it, I would've lost a lot more! It's the first time I've been successful losing weight. It isn't easy, but if you need some help with weight loss, I would recommend Red Mountain. I am a fan and am thrilled with my success.
It's annoying going in once a week for a shot, but they do their best to accommodate you and get you in quick. I've had 2 friends join with my recommendation. I was annoyed that me bringing in 2 clients only got me 2 free B Vitamin shots...I mean, that's a lot of money I brought in for you, Red Mountain! I don't like their medical providers, except for Sanya (Glendale office). She is the only one who takes their time, listens to you and seems to genuinely care. It may be an act, but I'll take it over the other ones any day. So, if you go to the Glendale office, ask for Sanya.
The other complaint I have is that I was on my way to get my shot as regularly scheduled every Friday around 3:00 and they were closed. They had closed the office for Halloween. Is Halloween a real holiday?? Anyway, I was extremely annoyed and asked them why they didn't let their clients know ahead of time. They said they had put a sign on the door 2 days prior. Well, that doesn't help those of us who go in once a week to get a shot and wouldn't have seen your sign 2 days prior because I had no reason to go to your office.
All in all, it's a good place to go for your weight loss needs, just remember it's still a place of business and they do what they need to do to make their money. Just do what YOU gotta do to lose your weight :)
