We stopped by here and on the exterior, it seemed okay. When we drove in, the first thing we noticed were people walking pit bulls everywhere! I was thinking, is this a dog park or apt. complex. As you got the tour, it was hard to believe this place is located in the Lakes and borderline to Summerlin. But it was not worth a dime. The fitness room is a joke, as is their pool area and the apartments are small, dark and dreary and the entire place is absolutely outdated. Clearly it's a place for those who own pit bulls! But definitely not the place for us.
