Put in my order 20 mins before they opened for same day delivery. Made a mistake of not adding some special instruction so I called and left a voicemail because they were closed. Called back about 40 mins later (they were opened at this point) and they had already listen to the voicemail and added the special instructions.
Received a delivery email confirmation and a photo attached of the actual arrangement. What a great touch!
Pretty straight forward experience. Other florist didn't have a website or one that worked properly so the fact that they did helped a lot when I decided to order from them because;
1. I just got surgery and can't leave the house to actually go see that flowers and 2. The less I have to talk to people when ordering things the better!
