I moved across town and Again, this is conveniently located by me. Semi-friendly staff. Semi-clean store. Once again, got a rash from one of the tanning beds. Staff lacks customer service skills.. I came in for a spray and the phone rang. Rather than putting the caller on hold and taking care of the customer in front of her, she proceeded to have a 5 minute conversation while I stood there. Some of the girls are polite and say hello how are you. Others say "LAST NAME" or stand there and stare at me until I say something. The floor of the versa doesn't even get wiped down between users. It's soaking wet, not only is it disgusting but has to be a safety hazard. Management doesn't care so don't bother complaining, just save yourself a visit.
