I'm not impressed with the property management side. IF they send someone out to bid to fix what isn't working they have to go back and give a quote. If the quote is too much they send someone else out to bid again! How many days do I have to sit here and wait for people to show and not fix things??? It's been 2 months and I'm still waiting. Also no one returns phone calls. To get answers I have to call them and then I have been "disconnected" several times before anyone answered....after a long hold of course. One thing that needed to be fixed they emailed me instructions to fix it myself. Really??? When the lease is up I'M OUT. Absolutely unacceptable
