I have been coming here for years and unfortunately the quality of service has very much deteriotated. They have young kids working not only the kitchen but making coffee. Upon arrival today the cash register girl with dirty fingernails and a dirty, wet rag in one hand placed my order and took my credit card with a dirty, wet hand holding the rag. What is going on? The music is super loud that one can not even carry on a conversation They seems to spend time socializing with one another then paying attention to what the customer need. On sitting here and observing muliple people have asked for something not only to be told they would attend to it tirght away and then turn around and continue their conversations for several minutes afterward. I used to see the owner in here all time, where is he ? Does he realize this once great coffeee shop is going down the tubes?
