I ended up attending the Phoenix Public Market this evening. My boyfriend and I both ordered their fried chicken. My white boyfriend ordered the french fries, of course! I ordered their cole slaw, and we both got a side of macaroni and cheese as well. The fried chicken was cooked to order and very fresh when it came out. The outer layer had the perfect crisp to it, and the inside was juicy and tender, cooked great! The macaroni and cheese was really good, and the cole slaw was really good also. The french fries weren't very good but it's easy enough to not order those next time. If I am in the mood for fried chicken and I see this food truck again, I will definitely be a return customer..
Oh ya, the lady that took our order was really nice!
