They were recommended to us and we let them do the body work on our car since the first place we went to seemed unreasonable to us.
Long story short my wife spoke with one of the guys over there and he said he would be there today (Saturday) from 9-noon. The website says they're closed on Saturdays so clearly he was going above and beyond.
We showed up at 11:30 AM and the place was closed. I don't know what happened, maybe he had an emergency or something else came up. He may have just dropped the ball, we don't know. So it took an hour out of our Saturday for the inconvenience (from the drive) but we did get to spend time as a family which was nice.

For the customer: stick to the website hours so the same thing doesn't happen to you.
