I used Presidential Limo services as transportation to and from my wedding. The first driver I had receives a one star while the second driver I had receives five stars (I guess their drivers are inconsistent). First driver -- He picked up me and my bridesmaids from the JW Marriott on the way to my wedding. It was a very windy day, and I was going to have an outdoor ceremony, so I was understandably nervous about the wind. Immediately upon arrival, the driver cracked an inappropriate joke, "It's not great weather for a good hair day!" It was like rubbing salt in a wound. When we arrived at the venue, he asked me, the bride, who called for the limo. I told him I did, and then he asked to see my credit card. I had already paid online, so I didn't understand why he was asking this. I also didn't have my purse with me. Then he asked me, since I didn't have my purse, "What are you going to do about gratuity?" Very rude. You shouldn't ask for tips... especially not from the bride! One of my bridesmaids gave him cash so he could be on his way. The driver who picked up my new husband and me after the wedding was wonderful. Very prompt and accommodating.
