I called first thing in the morning (7AM, by the way) and Nigel had a technician arrive within 2 hours. Jonathan, the tech, was not only very knowledgeable, but friendly and professional as well. I had a broken spring, but he diagnosed bad bearings, and gave me the information necessary to decide whether to upgrade the rollers or not. After all was said and done, not only was my garage door fixed, but it was in much better condition than before the broken spring. I can barely hear it open now!
