This Pain Stop has great customer service. Without going into detail, they made a mistake and completely owned up to it and didn't charge me for their error. And I didnt even have to ask or fight for it, they just told me it was their bad and that they wouldn't make me pay for something I wasn't made aware of. To me, this speaks volumes about a company. They have their patients' backs (no pun intended.) And all of the staff are kind and caring, they really make you feel comfortable and at home. The hours are great too because I can still go even with a Mon- Fri work schedule.
