I must say that James' review for this location is a bit off the mark. First, his point was more about the corporate life than it was about the locale. So why not post your remarks there than tear down one location?
Any time I've visited the locations--plural, because I live in two places and frequent places depending on when I'm in town--any of the staffs have been pleasant when I've turned down upsales. My visit has never suffered for it.
I have nothing but praise in this location because not only is the service great but the staff does remember me when I'm clearly not as frequent as other customers that visit this location.
I would always recommend this place!
