This was the worst experience we've had here! Horrible service and just okay food. After starting out okay, it quickly went downhill. Our server forgot to order a drink, forgot a dessert, forgot cotton candy, took 15 minutes to get extra scoops of ice cream, and in general was just missing at the end of our meal. Then when the check comes, it's auto gratuity, which is calculated wrong AND calculated on the after tax total. Apparently it's done on the computer, but it's wrong. Despite all this, the manager did not seem to care. Not sure we'll come back after this experience. It's been an annual tradition, but we'll just go to Aunt Chilada's and spend less. I mentioned this to a manager who could have cared less. Such s disappointment!
