Wow, what a not so hidden gem in Henderson. The food is fresh with cool crisp salads and hot, tender and juicy meats. My friend goes apes over the Pita bread and hummus or Tzaziki sauce. The staff are always smiling, very helpful and there to serve . The only drawback is the building is a bit small and there is often a short wait to get a table. But when the food is tasty and fresh it's no problem to wait. Also the new Blue Diamond Hwy location is just as good with a bigger seating area and a nice atmosphere!
