Fast response. Arrived my home after 30min of my call. Inspection for $59. Finally, he told me that it just mix up some line connect to the capacitor. No need to replace anythings. He help me to fix it within 5 min. Actually, he can lie me to replace unnecessary things to earn more. But he didn't and told me anythings honestly. $59 for sending someone to just talk with me is too much. So I give 4 stars for my personal feeling + 1 star you reply me back at the bottom. But I would like to share you guys for what he teach me. For any company who charge you less costs for inspection, they usually raid you later to replace some parts or the whole things but not necessary. Also, "tune up" = "inspection" = " take a look" = "year plan" It's doesn't mean help you to save electrical bill or clean your system. No matter how many times they come, they just take a look. And then raid you or charge you with "services call" or "diagnostic charges" Those term above are just someone to take a look only. Even "tune up" or "annual plan", there are nothing they will do or your units. So be careful of some company said on promotion or free estimate at all. For more, there is no tune up things! Clean your air conditioner by yourself is the only way to tune up your units. Water and vacuum or you can buy coil cleaner from lowe's or home depot. Many you tube teach you work on your own and save your money. If you call the professional to come clean it, they usually charge you around $100.
