Like others on here, I love costco. Actually its a love hate kind of thing...but thankfully with this location, I feel the love a bit more. This particular location is nowwhere near as busy as the one in Deerfoot meadows, and although the layout is slightly different, it is essentially the same. Costco feels very American.... big boxes, brands you dont really recognise and deals out the yin yang. There is a sense of excitement walking in, like Disneyland for adults.... Certain areas always seem to be a shopping cart nightmare though...primarily the book section, I call it the "death zone" people are stopping to look at books and there are carts everywhere.... Costco is great particularly around the holidays when they have great gift baskets ie starbucks, guylian chocolates etc.... Also they have stuff you just wont see anywhere else.... If you want it, chances are you are going to find it here and at a significant saving. I live alone but I still can find lots of good savings by simply freezing bulk items in smaller packs, or storing things in the pantry. Whether you are single or have a family Costco is a great place to save money and find some very cool items.
