My whole experience overall was great from the time I purchased my item online and the time I picked it up, it was smooth.. however, I called a few weeks before to check if the item was in store and the lady who answered the phone was very rude and this is not the first time I've encountered a rude customer service rep. When I picked up my item at the pick up spot, the lady there was also rude. It seems like they don't enjoy working there and they never have a smile. I would've given a 5 star but the customer service is just rude.
