I have lived here in 3 different apartments now, management has changed a few times. The current apartment I am in had a huge leak in the main bathroom and they got down in there and took care of it, gave me new flooring in the kitchen and the bathroom and cleaned the apartment thoroughly.
Honestly they did a great job given how busy they are on a daily basis. I was frustrated at first but they did exactly what they should have done and possibly more. This is a fine place to live in a solid location. Certainly better than anywhere else around here and we haven't had any bug problems which is nice.
Definitely check this place out.. And remember only people with bad experiences usually will leave a review. So don't let the other reviews deter you from checking it out :)
